All you have to do to make this healthy dish is to put a deep-bottom pan on medium heat and add 1-2 cups of low-fat or toned milk. Those looking for vegan alternatives can go for almond / coconut milk, which is widely available. Let it boil and then add 1 / 2-1 cup roasted quinoa. In the same pan, add 2 dash cinnamon powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Stir well, bring it to a boil, reduce the flame and cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir again and turn off the flame. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes and then transfer it to a glass bowl. Add some nuts with your favorite nuts and some fruits like berries, peaches and bananas.
