Muhammad is a favorite and world-famous dip that is usually enjoyed with pita chips. It smells tangy, smoky, sweet and delicious – at the same time! We’ve created a diabetes-friendly version, just for you.

Materials- Red bell pepper – 2 (fried, peeled and seeded), walnuts / nuts – 8 cups (lightly toasted), cumin powder – 1 tsp, red pepper flakes – 1 tbsp, pepper – 6 tsp, garlic – 2 -3 Clove, Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener – As required, Lemon Juice – 2 tsp Fresh Press, Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp, Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs – 4 Tbsp and Salt to taste.

Method-

  • Add everything to a blender and mix into a thick paste.
  • Top with olive oil and serve with your favorite crisp or cracker. It can be enjoyed with wrapping.
