Blend 1 cup soaked and boiled gram flour, 1 garlic clove, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon fried cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well to make a smooth paste. Add cold water to adjust consistency and serve fresh.
