If you feel hungry and are on a diet, here is a drink that will definitely help you to quench that hunger. This smoothie is rich in antioxidants and will keep you full. To make this smoothie, blend 1 cup water with 1 cup avocado, 1 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup apple and 1/4 cup mint leaves. Transfer to a glass and serve with mint leaves on top.
