Honestly, there is no taste or nutritional difference between brown and white eggs. The only difference is the color of the shell. The shell of a brown egg contains a pigment that is not present in white eggs.

The color of the shell of the egg tells about the breed of chicken that it laid eggs. The brown eggs are laid by dark breeds, while the white ones are laid by white cubs. Brown eggs are more expensive than white eggs because chickens are bred healthier than white eggs and are fed a healthier diet. Although there is no scientific difference between brown and white eggs, the breed, type of food and taste of fresh brown eggs may differ from white eggs. In terms of weight loss, both brown and white eggs provide you with the same amount of nutrients. So, it doesn’t matter which one you choose from the market corridor.
