Bihar Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna has declared the result of class 12 examination. The state education minister announced the result earlier today. Girls have topped the exam this year in all three streams namely Arts, Science and Commerce.
Students who appeared for class 12 exam can check their score on official website — dirsecondary.biharboardonline.com, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.
Note that Bihar Board Class 12 Result 2023 candidates can check on the official site of BSEB at https://biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in/. The result is that the website is not working for more.
A total of 13,04,586 appeared for the Madhyamik examination this year, out of which 10,91,948 were declared pass. The overall pass rate is 83.7%.
Notably, all the toppers in the three streams in the Bihar Borad 12th Class 2023 exam 2023 were girls. For Science, Ayushi Nandan topped with a score of 94.8%. For fine arts, Mohaddesa tops with a score of 95% and in commerce, Somya Sharma tops with a score of 95%.
This year, a total of 5,13,222 students got first division in Bihar Board Inter Result 2023.

According to official data, a total of 13,18,227 students registered for the exam this year of which 6,36,432 were girls and 6,81,795 were boys. The overall pass percentage will show if the upward tick trend continues this year. In the past, the overall pass percentage has seen several dips and rises, rising from 79 to 80 per cent in 2020, but it has dropped to 78 per cent in 2021. However, 2022 has increased to 80 percent and it is yet to be seen if 2023 will continue the increase.
