You will need 180 grams of nuts to make this simple milk. Soak in water overnight. Cover with soaked nuts and refrigerate.
Drain the water and peel the nuts and add to the blender and add 4-5 cups of cold water and continue to blend until the texture is smooth, gluten-free and flowing.
Next, if you want to add sweets, you can add sugar. Add 6 teaspoons of vanilla essence to give milk a nice textured texture.
Make sure you start the mixing process slowly and then mix it at high speed to make sure there are no particles.
Finally, strain the milk using a mesh cloth or sieve and store in a glass bottle. This milk can also be tweaked according to taste, it can last up to 4 days in a fridge. Enjoy!
