Instagram Introduces two new ways to get acquainted with your feed, FollowingAnd DearWhich shows you posts Chronologically.
Following shows you the order in which people follow you while their favorites show you the latest posts from a list of specific accounts you have chosen, such as from your best friends and favorite creators.
To use Favorite and followTap on Instagram in the top left corner of your home page to choose what you see
You can add up to 50 favorites, and change your list at any time – people are not notified when they are added or removed. Posts from your favorites list will also show up more in your home feed, as shown by a star icon.
Both Favorites and Follow will show you posts in chronological order, so you can quickly catch posts you don’t want to miss.
Instagram says it will continue to create features like favorites and likes to help users gain more control over what they see and spend time with them. App Feel more intentional.
