When practicing light meals at dinner, listen to what your body is saying. Some of us usually feel less hungry day after night, including a heavy breakfast and a glamorous lunch. And so it is good to eat light but what you eat is also important. Even if a light dinner with starchy vegetables, fish, eggs, quinoa or buckwheat is a good idea, another task might be to halve the amount of protein you eat for lunch and see what your light dinner experience looks like.
