In the latest update notification issued by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), it announced that the reporting time for Round 2 of PG Counseling has been extended to 3 pm on 27 February.
The MCC said that this was done keeping in view the requests of the candidates and some colleges admitted the candidates offline in Round 2.

The MCC said, “This is for the information of all the colleges / universities / institutes and the candidates participating in Round-2 of PG Counseling 2021 due to the request received from the candidates and in some colleges the candidates have been admitted offline. Round-2, appropriate authority PG counseling. Has decided to extend the reporting time for Round 2 of 2021 to 03:00 PM on 27.02.2022. “
The committee allowed the candidates appearing for MD and MS counseling to take it in hybrid mode. Candidates who have been allotted seats in NEET PG Counseling 2021 Round 2 can report to the allotted college either online or offline.
The notification further stated that the candidates should ensure that the admission letters issued by the college allotted to them have been created online through the portal provided by the MCC of DGHS.
The committee’s letter warned that no other letter issued offline by the college would be accepted and the candidate’s admission would be considered ‘null and void’, the MCC said.
