After weeks of rumors and teasers, Oppo Has unveiled Renault 8 Lite, a successor Renault 7 Lite. The smartphone debuted in Spain. It is available for purchase through Spain’s official regional stores and comes in two colors – black and rainbow. We are not aware of the company’s plans to launch Reno 8 Lite outside of Spain, including India.
Oppo Reno 8 Lite: Specification
The Oppo Reno 8 Lite has a 6.43-inch FHD + display with a 60Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The smartphone runs ColorOS 12 on top Android 12. Oppo’s Custom-OS ColorOS offers an option to expand RAM up to 5GB. The Reno 8 Lite 33W has a 4,500mAh battery with support for fast charging.
For optics, the Reno 8 Lite has a triple camera setup on the back. The rear camera setup includes a 64MP primary camera and 2MP macro and depth unit. The front of the smartphone has a 16MP camera with a punch-hole cutout inside.
The connectivity options of the Reno 8 Lite include 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB-C port and a 3.5mm jack. The smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button.
Oppo Reno 8 Lite India Launch
The company has not yet commented on the phone’s India launch. Oppo has not yet launched any Reno 8 series phones in India.
