Kubo, Hero ElectronicsIts consumer technology brand has entered the auto tech space with the launch of their new product, Kubo Smart Dash cam. In the two years since its launch, Qubo has established itself as a leader in the smart home space with its wide range of products. Qubo’s current offerings include connected devices such as smart cameras, video doorbells, smart locks and other smart home accessories. Qubo claims that all of its products are designed and manufactured in India, and that its servers are hosted in India with an extreme focus on data security and cyber security.
The brand is launching three subclass products – Dash Camera, Smart Tracker and Smart Accessories such as Tire Pressure Inflators. Qubo’s smart automotive device aims to meet the various needs of consumers such as personal and passenger safety as well as vehicle health and prevent theft.
The Qubo’s Dash Cam, which can be easily mounted on the dashboard, is designed to record pictures / videos while you drive, making your car a safety gadget.
The brand new Qubo Dash Cam comes with an app called Qubo App, which is compatible with both Apple iOS and Google Android. Dash Cam is equipped with 1080p @ 30FPS HD video quality for recording and live viewing. With a built-in 6-axis G-sensor, it can automatically detect sudden jolts / collisions and lock the footage in an ‘event file’ that users can access on their phones via the Qubo app. Its artificial intelligence-based alerts help ensure that something important is not missed. From a picture quality perspective, its Wide dynamic field (WDR) technology enables the camera to capture details in both visually impaired and strongly illuminated areas. Qubo’s Dash Cam offers a wide-angle FOV to reduce blind spots and get more than 6 lane coverage.

The Qubo Smart Dash Cam is priced at Rs 4,290. The product will be available both online and offline.
