New Delhi: The real me Ready to launch its high-end smartphone series in India. The smartphone maker recently unveiled its Realme GT 2 series worldwide at MWC 2022 in Barcelona, Spain. Now it appears that the company is ready to launch Realme GT 2 Pro Series smartphones in India.
Realme has shared an official teaser of the Realme GT 2 Pro launch in India. The company posted a teaser announcing the launch date on Twitter. According to the shared teaser, Chinese smartphone maker will launch Realme GT 2 Pro in India on April 7. However, the company deleted the tweet shortly after. Also, the teaser only mentions the launch of Realme GT 2 Pro, so it is not clear whether the company will launch Realme GT 2.
The teaser posted on Twitter has been viewed by GSMArena. The publication also shared a screenshot of it where Realme mentioned that it will launch the smartphone on April 7 at 12 midnight. The teaser also mentions that the Realme GT 2 Pro comes with an eco-friendly and durable design.
Realme GT 2 Pro Specification
As mentioned above, the Realme GT 2 Pro is the world’s first smartphone designed with bio-based materials. According to the company, the back cover of the smartphone uses a bio-polymer component that acts as an environmentally friendly alternative to the fossil raw materials that contribute to global warming.
The Realme GT 2 Pro sports a 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3216×1440 pixels. The display uses an LTPO panel and receives a variable refresh rate up to 120Hz. It comes with a maximum brightness of 1400 nits and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on top.
The smartphone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage.
Imaging responsibilities are handled by a triple rear camera. The Realme GT 2 Pro has a triple rear camera with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 150-degree field of view, and a 3MP microscope camera. For selfies and video calls, the device has a 32MP camera on the front.
The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
