The real me Recently launched Realme GT 2 Series in China. There are two smartphones in the series – Realme GT 2 and Realme GT 2 Pro. The lineup is the successor to the Realme GT series launched in India last year. Although the company has not yet announced the launch date of the smartphones in India, the company has teased about the launch of the Realme GT 2 series with a new Twitter post.

Realme GT 2 Pro Specification
The Realme GT 2 Pro is the world’s first smartphone designed with bio-based materials. According to the company, the back cover of the smartphone uses a bio-polymer component that acts as an environmentally friendly alternative to fossil raw materials that contribute to global warming.
The smartphone has a 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3216×1440 pixels. The display uses an LTPO panel and receives a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It comes with a maximum brightness of 1400 nits and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on top.
Underneath the hood, the device is powered by the newly launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The chipset comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. In China, the smartphone will be offered in four RAM and storage configurations – 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB.
In terms of camera, the Realme GT 2 Pro has a triple camera setup on the back that includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 150-degree viewing area and a 3MP microscope camera. For selfies and video calls, the device has a 32MP camera on the front. The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
