On the other hand, we do not want toxic chemicals in the name of hydration to enter our skin and cause other skin problems. Also, not all serums are for all skin types, so how do we know which one is the perfect serum for your skin? So here is a set of nature based face oils that can cherry-pick with different needs of human skin.
Before that, let’s take a look at some common aspects of fragrance.
1. Generally people do not like the smell of extracted oil like coconut or even mustard oil. So going for oil like lavender will not only smell good but will also get rid of bacteria and light weight.
2. It becomes important to consider the extraction method because it can be determined based on the presence of fatty acids and other dust. The weight of the oil is also determined here.
3. Shelf-life is important to note because some essential oils oxidize over time, thus not being effective enough for the skin. It also depends on the fatty acids present in the oil.
Each facial oil contains three ingredients: carrier oil, essential oil and an antioxidant. A carrier oil will be the body of your product, while essential oils will give a pleasant, luxurious aroma. An antioxidant oil will help fat to become stale.
Now choose the oil depending on your skin type and needs.
For dry skin: Facial oil with olive squalene and fractional coconut oil works miraculously well on dehydrated and cracked skin.
For normal skin: Flaxseed oil will give the skin much needed and adequate hydration, as well as maintain the level of natural oil in the skin.
For anti-aging skin: Marula oil, rosehip oil and drops of vitamin E help to tighten the skin, thus preventing collagen from becoming elastic.
For oily skin: Argan oil and evening primrose oil remove excess oil from the skin and prevent acne.
