The smartphone maker has confirmed that it will launch the new Redmi K50 series of smartphones on March 17. The Redmi K50 and K50 Pro are expected to be powered by Dimension 8100 and Dimension 9000 chipsets. The company has confirmed the launch date in a Weibo post.
The company further confirmed that the smartphone will have a 108MP main camera. Some online leaks suggest that the smartphone will pack 12GB of RAM. The smartphone is said to have a punch-hole FHD + AMOLED screen.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi has confirmed that it will also launch a smartphone in India on the same date. The company has confirmed that it will launch Redmi 10 March 16 smartphones in the country.
The yet-to-be-launched Redmi smartphone is said to come with a punch-hole display. The smartphone is likely to be powered by a 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.
The Redmi 10 is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera. The handset can be backed up by a 5000mAh battery.
