Redmi K50 Ultra with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 120W fast charging tipped to launch later this year

New Delhi: Qualcomm has recently launched its new flagship Android processor – Snapdragon 8+ Gen1. Shortly after launch, smartphone makers Realme, OnePlus and Asus have announced that they will be launching new processor-powered smartphones. This time another Chinese smartphone has been added to that list.
According to a Weibo post, Shaomi Can turn on Redmi K50 Ultra Powered by smartphones Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. According to the Lexter digital chat station, Xiaomi is reportedly working Redmi K50 Ultra smartphone. The smartphone can be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The rumors may be true because the company has already partnered with Qualcomm.
Lexter added that the smartphone is said to play a 2K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is also said to support Dolby Vision. The high-end smartphone is expected to come with 120W fast charging support.
The report further states that the Redmi K50 Ultra could launch in the second half of the year.
For those who don’t know, the Cortex-X2 Prime Core at Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is clocked up to 3.2GHz. And the other two clusters are the 3x Cortex-A710 performance cores at frequencies up to 2.8GHz and the 4x Cortex-A510 cores clocks up to 1.8GHz. Also, it is based on TSMC’s 4nm node process.
