The results of the National Eligibility Test (NET) were announced on Saturday. The University Grants Commission (UGC) said on Wednesday that it would announce the results in a day or two. Candidates who took part in the December and June session exams can download their results at ugcnet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in with their roll numbers. Candidates need to login by entering their roll number and date of birth and download the results. About 12 lakh candidates took part in the UGC NET exam
The National Testing Agency (NTA) jointly conducted the UGC-NET cycle of December 2020 and June 2021 between November 20, 2021 and January 5, 2022 due to the Covid-19 epidemic. More than 12 lakh people have registered for UGC-NET exam
The UGC-NET exam was conducted in 81 subjects at 837 centers spread across 239 cities in India. The validity of UGC NET results for JRF is 3 years and the results of qualified candidates for Assistant Professor are valid for life.

Earlier, UGC Secretary Rajneesh Jain said in a statement that the UGC-NET of December 2020 and June 2021 cycles were conducted jointly by the National Testing Agency (NTA) between November 20, 2021 and January 5, 2022. Results are being processed.
