Samsung Galaxy S21 FE gets February 2022 security update

Samsung has released a security update for its Galaxy S21 FE in February 2022. The latest software update brings the firmware version G990BXXS1BVB3 to the device. It comes with over 60 privacy and security vulnerabilities on the phone
It is currently available for users in Europe. Samsung Galaxy S21FE users in the African, Asian and South American markets are expected to receive the update in the next few weeks. To check for manual updates, users can go to Settings> Software Update on their phone.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Launched in January this year. The phone is powered by Exynos 2100 processor and runs on Android 12 operating system.
The smartphone has a 6.4-inch FHD + Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The display has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz in game mode. It also has AI Comfort Shield with AI-based blue light control.
Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G comes in two variants – 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery. It offers 25 watt wired charging support. It comes with 15 watt wireless charging.
In terms of camera, the Samsung Galaxy S21 comes with a 12MP UltraWide camera with FE F2.2 and 123˚ field-of-view. It is paired with a 12MP wide camera with F1.8 and an 8MP telephoto camera with 30x space zoom and F2.4 aperture. For selfies, the front of the phone has a 32MP camera with F2.2 aperture.
