Samsung India has created a new one Guinness World Records On March 5, 2022, for “Most People Unboxing Simultaneously – Multiple Places”. The company hosted a mass unboxing event for the Galaxy S22 Ultra where 1,820 subscribers simultaneously unboxed the Galaxy S22 Ultra in 17 cities across India.
At the event, customers who pre-booked the Galaxy S22 Ultra received an early delivery of their smartphone before launch in the market. Samsung has provided these customers with a special limited edition box that includes the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Buds 2 with smartphones and a thank you note on seed paper that can be planted.
Swapnil Dangarikar, official judge, Guinness World Records, said: “I am delighted to announce that Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Across the venue and happy participants got their phones and became part of a record. Never before has such an effort been made, I congratulate Samsung for being officially amazing! ”
Unboxing was done in 17 cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Patna, Indore.
Meanwhile, customers will still be able to pre-book their Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S22 + and Galaxy S22 through all leading retail outlets, Samsung Exclusive Store, Amazon.in and through March 11, 2022.

Pre-booking customers of Galaxy S22 Ultra will get Galaxy Watch4 priced at Rs 26,999 for just Rs 2,999. Pre-booking customers of Galaxy S22 + and Galaxy S22 will be eligible to get Galaxy Buds2 priced at Rs 11,999 for Rs 999.
In addition, customers of Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series will get an upgrade bonus of Rs 8,000 and owners of other devices will get an upgrade bonus of Rs 5,000. Alternatively, customers who choose to purchase these devices through Samsung Finance + can get a cashback of up to Rs 5,000.
