Tech giant Samsung Quietly launches its new Android tablet, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022), in Italy. The device is available for pre-order on the Amazon Italy website and shipping will begin May 23.
The new Samsung Galaxy Tab The S6 Lite has a 10.4-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2,000 x 1,200 pixels with S Pen support. Also, the S Pen is integrated with the product just like the charger. The tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 720G chipset with 4GB RAM. It offers 64GB of native storage and is supported by a 7,040mAh battery. For sound, Samsung has given two AKG-tuned speakers Dolby Atoms Support also includes a 3.5mm audio jack.
Considering this 2022 upgrade to 2020 version, users will get Android 12 On this device instead of Android 10. Meanwhile, the older version was also updated with Android 12 a few months ago and will get a new update for one more year for an additional one year for security patches.
The 4GB + 64GB variant of the new Galaxy Tab S6 Lite costs € 20 more than its predecessor at 399. But since this is the new version, the Android tablet is set to receive updates and security patches for much longer than its predecessor, not to mention Android 13 at some point in the future.
Looks like Samsung hasn’t launched the 128GB storage variant or the LTE version yet. These products will be displayed on both Amazon and Samsung websites as inventories are updated.
