- Press Win + r and type regedit.
- Now, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM Setup MoSetup
- Right-click left and create a new DWORD (32-bit) value
- Use the name AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU
- Switch to value 1
