According to him, many have a tendency to take these deficiencies lightly, as it has become so commonplace.
“In fact, we consult with every second patient who is experiencing severe low levels of these two vitamins. Levels of 3, 5, or 10 are dangerously low. The growing increase in these deficiencies can lead to numerous problems,” he said.
