Vivo A new smartphone lineup is being worked on which is expected to launch in China soon. A new phone from the Chinese smartphone maker has recently appeared in the database TENAA Certification platform with a V2219A model number. Preliminary estimates claim that the device will be launched as an X-Series smartphone. However, a report from GizmoChina states that the new handset will be launched as a Y-series device.
The report suggested that V2219A would be a part of Vivo Y77 The lineup is expected to include two smartphones – the Vivo Y77 5G and the Vivo Y77 Pro 5G. The report further states that this will be the first Y-series phone that supports 80W fast charging and can be powered by it. MediaTek Dimension 8100 chipset. According to reports, the upcoming device will be launched in China in July and will come in two different color options – black and white.

The Vivo device with model number V2219A will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD + display and may have a 2.2GHz octa-core processor. It is important to note that TENAA does not disclose the Certification Dimension 8100 processor because this information has been speculated by another Tipster, the report suggests.
The upcoming smartphone is expected to pack up to 12 GB RAM And up to 512 GB of internal storage. The report reveals that storage expansion on the device will not be possible because the handset does not include a microSD card slot.
Vivo’s upcoming device is expected to have a dual-rear camera setup – a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor. For selfies and video calls, the handset can come with an 8MP front snapper.
The Vivo Y77 series phone can pack a 4380mAh dual-cell battery unit and is expected to have 80W fast charging support. The report did not specify whether the smartphone would be equipped with an in-display or side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device may boot Android 12 OS out-of-the-box. According to reports, the upcoming handset will be 8.59mm thick and could weigh around 194 grams.
