Morning: 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of lukewarm water.
Meals before workout: 60 grams of banana or 1 medium sized apple and 1 scoop of whey protein.
Post Workout: I usually ate lunch at my post workout meal. 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites
Chicken breasts and brown rice and some vegetables.
Evening snack: 1 glass of coconut water and some soaked nuts.
Dinner: 100 g chicken breast 1 chapati and green vegetables.
Chit food: I usually eat chit food once in 15 days. I never had sweet teeth so my alternatives were always burgers, pizza or something Chinese.
