Materials

60 ml whiskey

25 ml fresh-lemon juice

Passion fruit syrup 15 ml

Egg white part 15 ml

Angostura is bitter for garnish

Orange or lemon twist for garnish

How to make

Fill a shaker with ice and add 60 ml of whiskey, 25 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 15 ml of passion fruit syrup. Shake the egg whites with 15 ml and ice, then remove the ice from the shaker and shake without ice. Strain into a glass of cold whiskey and garnish with 3 drops of Angostura Beater and an orange / lemon twist.
